Terel & Alex did an awesome job installing new Rheem hybrid water heater. They provided useful tips to make it last longer also. The price quoted was very reasonable, they got the job done quickly & efficiently and cleaned behind themselves. I would certainly recommend them for any hot water heater replacement or plumbing needs.

Pre-arrival text advised of technician’s location, and Alex arrived on time. He installed the unit and left the area clean. We would not hesitate to use Brodway services again.

Broadway did a great job from Bernie in sales to Roy in project management to Alex our installer! Called them at 5:30 at night and they were done by 11:30 the next morning with our new water heater.

I called for a leaking water heater and they gave me a same day appointment. The repair tech Terrell was on time, quickly diagnosed what needed to be done and explained why. He educated me a little bit about how the hybrid heater works and interfaces the other water systems in my house. I highly recommend calling this company if you need Water Heater or HVAC help.

Excellent job. Repeat customer. The team is prompt and efficient. We needed to replace our old hybrid hot water heater. When we sent a picture over of our old unit, they were able to identify that the builder had installed the unit facing the wrong way just from the picture.
The options and prices were discussed on the phone, and an estimate emailed quickly.
They were out the same week on a day and time that worked for us, and brought all the tools and the know-how to the project. After the installation, they showed us all the features of the new unit, explained how to maintain it, and answered any questions. We highly recommend them.

Called for a quote on 3/24, got a lot of great information and explanation for a new 55 gallon water heater to be installed. Accepted the quote and scheduled them to come out the next day on 3/25. You were able to track when your service installer would arrive. My service installer did not introduce himself. He seemed annoyed to be there and anytime we tried to talk to him. He was on the phone the entire time with airpods in his ear talking with someone on the phone. Other then that it was a good experience. They have great pricing and a good warranty. I would recommend them for anyone for your plumbing needs.

Amazing service. Web site clearly list service and price and once I booked they talked me thru the three applicable warranties, the permit process, installation process, and the required maintenance for a heat pump water heater. Installation was easy and seamless with a great crew. Highly recommend.
