The price quoted was very reasonable, they got the job done quickly & efficiently and cleaned behind themselves. Excellent job. Repeat customer. The team is prompt and efficient. We needed to replace our old hybrid hot water heater. When we sent a picture over of our old unit, they were able to identify that the builder had installed the unit facing the wrong way just from the picture.
The options and prices were discussed on the phone, and an estimate emailed quickly.

Called for a quote on 3/24, got a lot of great information and explanation for a new 55 gallon water heater to be installed. Accepted the quote and scheduled them to come out the next day on 3/25. You were able to track when your service installer would arrive. My service installer did not introduce himself. He seemed annoyed to be there and anytime we tried to talk to him. He was on the phone the entire time with airpods in his ear talking with someone on the phone. Other then that it was a good experience. They have great pricing and a good warranty.
